About Ann and John Cinnamon
After spending 30 years in broadcasting as the hosts of highly-rated morning radio shows in Indianapolis, Indiana, Ann Craig-Cinnamon and John Cinnamon decided to pursue their life-long love of travel by starting their own travel business.
The pair has visited all 50 states, more than 110 countries and all 7 continents. In addition to the typical tourist destinations, they have visited such exotic locales as Tibet, Easter Island, Cuba, Myanmar, and the Galapagos Islands. Ann even spent one and a half years living in Tehran, Iran in the mid 1970s and tells that story in her memoir, "Walking Naked in Tehran".
Another aspect of travel that Ann and John like is attending world famous events and participating in adventure travel. They have enjoyed such famous celebrations as Mardi Gras in New Orleans; Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany; New Years Eve in Times Square New York; the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Spain. They have hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa, been gorilla trekking in Rwanda, peered into North Korea from the DMZ, and hot-air ballooned over the otherworldly landscape of Cappadocia, Turkey.
Ann and John are accomplished photographers, having had their prints published in numerous magazines and newspapers, as well as exhibited in galleries. Their vast travels have afforded them the opportunity to not only photograph iconic landmarks, but also to get up close and personal with animals in their natural habitat in such places as Botswana, Zambia, Kenya, Rwanda, Sumatra, and Antarctica.
Among their portfolio, you will also find panoramic landscapes, sports action and abstract pieces.
